Our team accepted the ambitious challenge of redesigning the MVP version of the Bequant Pro and significant expansion of its functionality.The initial version of the product had a small number of needed functions and had a poor component set that we fully rebuilt into a scalable Design System.

The old version of a product didn’t reflect the clients’ needs and didn’t have a proper Design System to maintain the design across products with a unified approach and simplicity.

We fully revised the design approach, rebuilt the Design System reviewed and revised current pages, and created new ones according to the new approach, new feel, and look.

To solve the given challenge the best way possible we used common practices of the Double Diamond methodology and Material Design guidelines and some other libraries by adjusting materials to our needs, goals, and timeframe.

We analyzed all of given materials by collaborating with stakeholders, researched the market and users then define the target audience, user’s tasks, list of prioritized product’s features, and best practices across the competition.

We developed a cross-product design strategy that fit business and user’s needs, make user flows and IA. Then brainstormed, sketched, and wireframed our ideas, conducted user testing and understood how ideas work-, and made adjustments.

As a result, we made a fully responsive cross-product design system based on previous stages and moodboard and gather interactive visual design screens in collaboration with the engineering team and stakeholders.
