Hanover is the category CRM for the international exchange and study-abroad world, an official SEVIS batch vendor, SOC 2 Type II attested, and processing 350,000+ participants a year across 30+ countries (per Hanover). In 2026 it was named a GoAbroad Innovation Awards finalist in AI. When the systems that move hundreds of thousands of people across borders run on your software, reliability is not optional, and that is exactly where we came in.

Several enterprise applications were running on years of heavily customised legacy Rails. Feature demand had outpaced the team, the codebase needed modernising, and none of it could disrupt the live clients depending on it every day.

We embedded senior Rails engineers, brought every application up to current Rails, and cleared years of legacy, all while shipping a steady flow of new client features and never breaking production. On the stable, modern base we built, Hanover went on to launch new products and AI tooling of its own.
