Mrsool is the giant of on-demand delivery in Saudi Arabia and across the Gulf, the app millions of people open every day, moving 500,000+ orders a day around the region. When we came in, that scale was still ahead of them: a fast-growing startup racing toward its Series A, with a platform that had to be ready to carry the whole country. This is one of the projects we are proudest of, an end-to-end rebuild that helped turn a promising startup into the category leader.

Hyper-growth had outrun the code. Zero automated tests meant every release was a gamble. The backend buckled at peak, the architecture was never built for regional scale, and security gaps sat across millions of customer records. With a Series A on the line, none of it could stay, and investors would be looking straight at it.

We embedded a senior team straight into Mrsool and rebuilt the platform from the inside out, admin, user and courier sides alike. Automated test coverage went from 0 to 80%+, the core was re-architected to stay fast and rock solid under peak load, and every critical vulnerability across those millions of records was closed. The payoff: Mrsool raised a multi-million-dollar Series A with investors naming platform stability and quality as a deciding factor, then went on to lead the Saudi market and reach a billion-dollar scale. That is what an embedded senior team delivers when it owns the hard problems.
